Device: mako (NEXUS 4)
System: This happened on various versions. Actual: 15.04 r121 (This is also
since august last year (14.10 devel). (The first time, I had ubuntu on phone.))
1. bluetooth is ON
2. Turn OFF bluetooth
3. Reboot phone
4. Try to turn on bluetooth: nothing happens
This is not everytime, but often.
