Thanks for the bug, however, I don't think this is the right place to raise this issue.
First of all, the support page doesn't list resources according to priority; it simply describes different types of resources, which the user can choose from according to preference. But more importantly, if you've encountered this sort of behaviour it is something which needs to be addressed with discussion with the appropriate group rather than taking the attitude that it can't change. The Ubuntu code of conduct governs all Ubuntu related resources and it's important that the processes which are in place to ensure that is is applied.
