Public bug reported: I'm not sure what package is involved as I have been unable to work out what package contains the "Nautilus" file browser. To confirm the executable is "/usr/bin/nautilus".
When using Nautilus to browse a Windows Network (a workgroup, not a Domain), Nautilus crashes when you navigate into a Workgroup.. The following error appears in dmesg and /var/log/syslog: [ 147.283917] nautilus[2725]: segfault at 0 ip 00000000004c1aca sp 00007fff01cd6080 error 4 in nautilus[400000+157000] The error is repeatable. In this case the workgroup is called "workgroup" but changing the name of the workgroup does not stop the error occurring.
