dmesg | grep lirc [ 113.651307] lirc_dev: IR Remote Control driver registered, at major 61
lsmod | grep lirc lirc_i2c 11268 0 lirc_dev 15860 1 lirc_i2c i2c_core 26112 15 cx88xx,ivtv,bttv,i2c_algo_bit,tveeprom,lirc_i2c,tda827x, saa7134_dvb,dvb_pll,tda1004x,nvidia,tuner,saa7134,ir_kbd_i2c,i2c_sis96x However, this seems rather to be a problem of IRKICK than of LIRCD. I figured out the following: If I don't start irkick, lircd runs fine after a sudo /etc/init.d/lircd start - at least according to ps aux | grep lircd. After starting irkick, lircd stops immediately. -- LIRCD starts up and dies right away https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/139301 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
