This issue was fixed in 1.36.59-7 which has been synced to Ubuntu Vivid
(http://packages.ubuntu.com/vivid/libsidplay1). Since the issue has been
resolved in the latest development release, I'm marking this fix
released. As far as I know package managers will not attempt to install
suggested packages automatically, so I don't believe this bug would
qualify for an SRU (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates#When)
for older releases of Ubuntu. Please let me know if I'm wrong.

** Changed in: libsidplay (Ubuntu)
