Binary package hint: strigi-applet
This applet does not save it's global shortcuts.
To reproduce: Right click the applet, choose "configure global
shortcuts". Change it's shortcut from "ctrl + 1" to something different
(or set it to "none"). Now quit strigi-applet and restart it - you'll
see that it's global shortcut is "ctrl + 1" again!
