In the source directory, in docs/en/Makefile.in there is the line $(LN_S) $(kde_libs_htmldir)/$(KDE_LANG)/common $(DESTDIR)$(kde_htmldir)/$(KDE_LANG)/eva/common, i guess this is what you are looking for, Andrew?
