the default setting for "when power is critically low" in power settings is "suspend",but it can't be setted to "suspended"(i don't know the reason), you can input command: gsettings set org.gnome.settings- daemon.plugins.power critical-battery-action "shutdown",we can set the default setting in package of gnome-settings-daemon.
