Public bug reported:

After connection established and some program trying to connect through
htc-to-hts (run with sudo) virtual port - client (htc) crashing.

Appear on Ubuntu 14.10

Steps to reproduce (change IP if needed):

1) sudo hts -wF 192.168.0.100:80 8080
2) sudo htc -wF 8081 192.168.0.100:8080
3) open in browser: http://127.1:8081

my "htc" crash silently.

Of course, sudo is not needed for ports > 1000, but still bad
