i installed ubuntu 14.04 directly. I didn't try other versions. I 
installed following kernels:


linux-image-3.19.0-031900rc5-generic_3.19.0-031900rc5.201501180935_i386 and
linux-image-3.19.0-031900rc5-lowlatency_3.19.0-031900rc5.201501180935_i386

but now the wireless options completely disappeared. what now?
