You should be able to resubmit with hwdb-gui under these cases
1. if hwdb-gui had a bug fix
2. if you upgraded from say 7.04 to 7.10
3. if it reported a desktop when you have a laptop ( it should also ask you
Not-a-Laptop, or Laptop )
it should open up a bug report if what user says doesn't matxch what hwdb-gui
found
4 if you change any hardware
