Creating a symlink (ln -s ".wine/drive_c" "~/Wine Drive") would IMHO be bad, as it's just clutter in the user's home directory. I'd rather see a "Browse Wine C: drive" menu entry that invoked xdg-open $HOME/.wine/drive_c, and adding a dependency on xdg-utils (so we can use xdg-open).
