Ok I will try to install 3.19 kernel but I`m not sure that this is kernel issue ?? the problem begin with the kernel panic but I have ability to boot into Ubuntu after restart first restart kernel panic disapear. But now I don`t have kernel panic and can`t boot into Ubunty :) I have 10 kernels in boot loader and with Ubuntu instalation DVD I have not problems to boot.. maybe something other is changed in this ubuntu 14.10
