Does someone still experience this bug?

There seem to be quite a lot of matching results with Google 
(http://www.google.com/search?q=%22BADSIG+40976EAF437D05B5%22).
In a particular case this was caused by a broken file and could get fixed using 
rescue boot and "fsck -fy /" (http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/goto?post=89197 - 
german)
