Public bug reported:
after upgrading from dapper to edgy, i am not able to boot with upstart
(works reverting to sysvinit).
Last log i see is init-bottom being executed.
Botting with break=init brings me to the initramfs shell. Executing the
last line of init in initramfs and the system seems to hang. there is
still somekind of response from the cursor but that's about it.
