I have the same bug with driver 331.113 on Lenovo T530 - when I switch into 2 monitors (one monitor is built-in and second is external) - icons and dialogs are distorted-Not OK. When I switch " the same picture on both monitors " picture is OK. When I use only built-in laptop monitor picture is also OK.
