Well here's the answers I have for your questions. I reinstalled beagle, mono-runtime. and mono=runtimes dedends. I also reinstalled the *-cil libs. Also the mono libs listed in beagles depends.
I started beagle with "beagled --fg --debug --backend Liferea" I used just liferea to reduce the output.
