Gxine on Gutsy need libmozjs-dev to work but is not on the dependencies

i think this is a packaging bug. i'm not shure if it is a bug in libmozjs-dev
or in gxine.
Please fix it because i think it could not be that peoples has to realizes that
this packge has to be installed separated.
