I have this issue still, if i can send anyone log info please request it. One thing i noticed is it seems to happen more often after i notice a system freeze from trying to open Chrome. And it seems this only happens after many days with out a reboot.
Applications i use Virtual Box / Vagrant pycharm / Netbeans / sublime3 Chrome Firefox Hipchat Google Music webapp Machine I have a dual monitor setup as well on a Leveno Think Server (It has 2 hdmi ports) 19.4 GiB Intel® Xeon(R) CPU E3-1225 v3 @ 3.20GHz × 4 Intel® Haswell Server I update / upgrade often 2-3 times a week Originally i did a upgrade, but since this issue i have done a fresh install of 14.
