Public bug reported: I am getting "Microcode SW error detected" constantly in my dmesg output. As a result, I am getting a lot of apport popups. However, the apport popups are not launching a browser when I say to report the bug. I am filing this bug with "ubuntu-bug linux". Hopefully, all the needed info is included.
