So why you won't repair this bug ? It's useless to change the status as incomplete. The status is confirmed by these informations. The bug came from one of these cases : Kernel, X.Org or the both. The bug is not on the hardware but on the software.
The bug is confirmed too around the Web in ALL distributions that uses the new kernel. So I will try to change it. It isn't normal that you published a version that you don't verify it. I can say that Ubuntu 14.XX (and derivates specially Lubuntu that adds a bad configuration system of the LXDE environment) are garbage versions.
