I confirm the issue. A very bad one, indeed, as I have 2 smartphones, one android tablet and 3 notebooks to be synchronized with my desktop. I use syncevolution as sync engine and EDS as backend. I've always loved thunderbird more than evolution but since several months I cannot use thunderbird because it does not sync anymore with EDS.
