Ok, sorry. From the "bios" menu I have 3 options:
1 - default OS (--> grub error)
2 - ubuntu (--> grub menu starting right)
3 - choose boot file

To try and load win, i can try the grub option, which is unsuccessful
(same grub error) or i can try browsing inside efi partition with the
3rd option. i go to the Microsoft/Boot subdirectory.

Here i can choose among:
bootmgr.efi
bootmgfw.efi
bootx64.efi
(listing only efi files)

so far i tried only the first, and i got the grub error, and the second,
if i remember correctly, is a kinda of recovery; i never tried the last
one
