Just curious, but on pentium-based laptops, are p4_clockmod (etc.)
getting loaded by default?

If not, should they be?

(I find on my desktop P4 computer, I get "throttling <not supported>"
and have to load p4_clockmod manually (in /etc/modules or via modprobe)
in order to get throttling support. For me, this is significant, because
even P4-based desktops I've seen seem to get too hot over extended
periods of "normal" use.)
