Reproduced on Ubuntu 14.04, with Inkscape 0.48.4 r9939 (Jan 22 2014). Inkscape and Firefox were on the same workspace. The error popped up while the website appeared as a new tab in firefox. I'm not sure whether it is somehow relevant for "sys_page_size", I have swap disabled (due SSD and plenty of RAM).
