The bug reporter indicated that his problems were fixed, so the bug has been marked as fixed. If you are still having problems then they are most likely not exactly the same as his issue and should thus be the subject of a different bug report. It's not uncommon with wireless to have similar symptoms with a different root cause. Please open a new bug by running 'ubuntu-bug linux' from a terminal after you've been experiencing problems.
