Sorry Chris, "Fix CommittedFixed, but not available until next release." made it sound like the upstream commit had been made and would fix the issue once 3.18 was merged in 15.04.
With regards to the bisect I can say with certainty it is one of these: https://lkml.org/lkml/2014/10/6/515 Is there any merit to me narrowing down a more specific commit?
