Public bug reported:

This happens when trying to install an app on my nexus 4 handset (mako)
running Ubuntu Touch RTM 4. When I build a click app with the sdk, I can
install the app fine on my device, however I need to manually refresh
the dash for the app to be seen. I can do this by installing an app from
the store, or by uninstalling an app. Killing the unity8-dash from a
shell also works.

Expected behavior? That the app is visible after installing it from the
sdk. The dash should automatically refresh after install without the
user doing anything.
