When I resize FacebokMessenger window to width lower than needed to
contain menu, content AND "PEOPLE YOU MAY KNOW" block and scroll - all
content are scrolled (include header and "PEOPLE" block).

When I resize FacebokMessenger window and scroll - all content are
- scrolled (include header and chat block). When the window is in
- Maximized mode all OK - "header", "chat" and "people you may know"
- blocks are sticked (not moved) while scrolling.
