I'm seeing this error and a failure to boot on a previously working Trusty environment upgraded to Utopic.
As a workaround if I drop to text mode with ESC or boot in recovery I can see the error "/scripts/local-top/cryptroot: line 1: can't open /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-root: no such file" but can then enter my passphrase and get to a working system. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1273261 Title: Cryptsetup error during boot: /scripts/local-top/cryptroot: line 1: can't open /dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-root: no such file To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/cryptsetup/+bug/1273261/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
