I'm seeing this error and a failure to boot on a previously working
Trusty environment upgraded to Utopic.

As a workaround if I drop to text mode with ESC or boot in recovery I
can see the error "/scripts/local-top/cryptroot: line 1: can't open
/dev/mapper/ubuntu--vg-root: no such file" but can then enter my
passphrase and get to a working system.
