There is no xserver-xorg-core_1.3.0.0.dfsg-12ubuntu2_i386.deb in the repos anymore so I couldnt force the version in Synaptic or with 'sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-core_1.3.0.0.dfsg-12ubuntu2'
