As far as I can see "Details" is a super-set of "Simple". Both have a "Destination" option that can be set to "Source directory". Please look carefully and if you can't find it, make a screen shot.
You are not the first who asks for an overwrite option but I choose to not add one in order to avoid data loss and because I can't think of a use-case that justifies taking that risk.
