I tried to reproduce this partially in 14.10.  I used an ubuntu precise
guest instead of centos, and didn't do the network define/undefine nor
moved to a new host.  So I simply undefined the domain after doing all
the dumpxmls, then redefined it and reloaded the snapshot.  After I did

virsh snapshot-revert ubuntuprecise sane1

the vm was running.  I suspect this is fixed in utopic (14.10), as the
factors I left out really shouldn't affect this.  The most likely way to
reproduce is probably for me to start a trusty vm and try nested under
that.
