I tried to reproduce this partially in 14.10. I used an ubuntu precise guest instead of centos, and didn't do the network define/undefine nor moved to a new host. So I simply undefined the domain after doing all the dumpxmls, then redefined it and reloaded the snapshot. After I did
virsh snapshot-revert ubuntuprecise sane1 the vm was running. I suspect this is fixed in utopic (14.10), as the factors I left out really shouldn't affect this. The most likely way to reproduce is probably for me to start a trusty vm and try nested under that. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1373334 Title: Fail to revert VM snapshot properly after copying to the other host To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/+bug/1373334/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
