As shown by the sketch, I did not design System Settings with mono icons
in mind. :-) And the icon style was not mentioned during the System
Settings session in Cape Town.

Anyway, Benjamin has decided that for now at least:
* Battery should use color only when battery is low, like the indicator icon 
does;
* categories with an overall on/off state -- Bluetooth and Wi-Fi -- should have 
a colored icon when in the on state;
* all other icons should be monochrome.

If Matthieu is correct that colorful icons already exist, providing the
color variants for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi should be quick. But if that
can't be done by RTM, Benjamin's second preference is for all icons to
be monochrome, including Battery.
