I have t-mobile and can't access data without a wifi connection.  I
tried changing ipv6 to ip in my gprs file, but still no luck connecting
after a reboot.

I have

AccessPointName=fast.t-mobile.com
...
MessageCenter=http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

in my gprs file. I didn't push the new one, since it didn't make sense
to me to change these values to metropc ones in Julien's attached file.
