I tested it a few days ago with tribe-5 or 4 and it worked. However, given the record of this bug and the absence of any real statements of the kernel-team I would not assume that you can trust on that in the future. They triaged the bug as medium which is in the best case a we are sorry. Apparently, stable release and regression is still an unfamiliar word to the kernel-team of Ubuntu.
