The problem still exists with the latest ubuntu kernel (3.13.0.34) but then again you already know that as per bug #1326725. That bug report is more than active than the one that I filed, so I suggest you use that one, however I am still willing to allow you to double check using me if you want.
I apologize for the elapsed time, it seems as if your email messages go directly to bulk mail on my Yahoo account. I don't usually look at them but a popup from Kmail alerted me to it. I will be more expedient next time. P.S. Your email is the only one that is not spam that goes to my bulk mail folder which I apparently have no control over.
