I think there are several glitches here:

1. There is too much space between the icon and "Display". (Even more
than between the icon and the edge of the screen!)

2. "English (United States)" would be both shorter, and less
overbearing, as "English (US)".

3. Whenever a summary value does not fit in a page stack item, it should
not be shown at all. I think that should be handled at the toolkit
level, not by this particular item.
