I don't see where WiFi Radar is involved in this bug report. But, if you are trying to run WiFi Radar along with NetworkManager, that is likely the source of your problem. WR and NM do not play well together and should not be used at the same time. Pick whichever of the two you prefer and uninstall the other package.
