I filed the bug because the list of mirrors was not displayed in Konqueror under Gutsy Gibbon running XFCE. I even checked the page source to make sure that I was not doing anything obviously stupid.
The CD links are also not listed in any of the subdirectories at http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/kubuntu. DVD links are. I occasionally (thank God, very rarely) have to use Windows but I am in XP at this moment and the list of CD links is clearly visible in Firefox on http://kubuntu.org/download.php#latest I therefore suggest, possibly, an HTML error on the download page which prevented the list from rendering in Konqueror.
