Click to focus, or whatever the default in Ubuntu is. No desktop effects or any 3D, actually (using an inegrated SIS chipset). And yes, it still occurs every time. I can't rename anything. I just managed to pull up the file URL box using "/" though. When I start to type, my mouse disappears unitl I move it again. The input method is set to "X Input Method" and can't be changed, either.
I'm running SCIM to switch between Thai, Korean, and English.
