Hm, odd. To get a similar output to "btrfs fi df <mount>", I have to add -m dup (otherwise I have no DUP lines for system and metadata). And especially the metadata-dup was relatively high in use 4.65GiB of 5.50GiB on the output you showed us yesterday.
