The bug is marked fixed and a patch has landed in kernel 3.16-rc7 here: https://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=730a336c33a3398d65896e8ee3ef9f5679fe30a9 so this should be fixed in kernel 3.16.
