For added detail, the dispatcher script mentioned above is 03mmsproxy
and is installed to /etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d.

The script is written in Python does the following:

1) it does some minor error checking on modem_path ( 'DEVICE_IPATH' )
and connection ( 'CONNECTION_ID' )

2) it makes a synchronous dbus call to get the properties of the
specified ofono context

3) is use socket.gethostbyname to resolve the MMS proxy

4) if uses subprocess.call to invoke the "ip route" command to configure
the proxy
