I believe the gccgo 4.9.1 compiler fix is a good thing.  After
rebuilding Juju with gccgo-4.9_4.9.1-1ubuntu3_ppc64el.deb I was unable
to get the "juju ssh" problem I had seen previously.  I also did some
load testing on juju with multiple bootstrap, deploy, and destroy cycles
without any juju related problems.
