Public bug reported:

Download the avi file attached (58 MB) and play it with vlc. If you start at
the beginning and you do not interfere with it will play to the end without any
problems, but if you skip to certain points of time out of the sudden there is
no audio.
One such point is 02m14s. If you skip to 02m14s or some seconds after you will
find that there is no audio and this is how it stays to the end (unless you
skip again). If you just skip to 02m13s instead audio is there.
Another such point is 03m51s. Again if you skip to 03m50 instead everythings
works fine.

If have tested this avi with xine and could reproduce this phenomenon
there.
