the invokation of `sudo apt-build world` after `sudo apt-build update`
prints
-----> Rebuilding the world! <-----
-----> Building package list! <-----
Please read README.debian first.
This could print the path to README.Debian immediately and spare the
user to search for the file (don't get me wrong - it is quite clear that
it is in `/usr/share/doc/apt-build/`).
experienced with apt-build 0.12.44 on Ubuntu 14.04
