Public bug reported: Binary package hint: lyx
The latest version of LyX has an impossibly slow interface. Most significantly, there is a latency between typing each key and it appearing in the window. If I type at a reasonable speed, I would have completed this sentence before LyX GUI had gotten as far as the comma in displaying it.
