Ubuntu 14.04, 3.13.0-30-generic on a Phenom-II 4 core desktop PC. Problem description: Wake-up after suspend: no keyboard, no mouse (both USB).
Workaround: Unplug the devices and plug it in again. Both, mouse and keyboard work again.
