Hi, shouldn't the acpi events files look like this?
event=hotkey ATKD 0000002[0123456789abcdef] action=/etc/acpi/asus-brn-down.sh event=hotkey ATKD 0000001[0123456789abcdef] action=/etc/acpi/asus-brn-up.sh I added the 0 to the [] so that the lowest/highest brightness is also recognized.
